These days, it’s simple to fall into the entice of pondering that each new indie sport is both a co-op extraction shooter or a roguelike deck-builder – thankfully that’s not fairly the case. Every February, the week-long Steam Subsequent Fest is an enormous and various showcase of forthcoming titles, all with downloadable demos, and solely a minority of them adhere to these dominant genres. It’s a stunning probability to dig into the generally bewildering Steam retailer and select attention-grabbing treats – and that’s precisely what I’ve been doing. Listed below are 5 of my favourites.
