A ceremony to welcome a brand new addition to North Korea’s naval fleet has led to embarrassment following a serious accident in the course of the ship’s launch that the nation’s dictator, Kim Jong-un, described as a “felony act”.
Kim was current when the 5,000-tonne destroyer appeared to go off stability throughout its launch within the japanese port metropolis of Chongjin on Wednesday. The tipping precipitated harm to sections of the hull, the state-run KCNA information company mentioned on Thursday.
