The Houston Astros positioned right-hander Ronel Blanco on the 15-day injured listing Thursday with irritation in his proper elbow. The transfer, which is retroactive to Tuesday, comes because the starter seeks a second opinion on his damage.
“He needs to go and get a second opinion,” supervisor Joe Espada stated. “So, as soon as he will get that second opinion and we now have extra readability on the damage, we’ll report one thing again.”
