Venezuelans head to the polls in parliamentary and gubernatorial elections Sunday (Could 25), months after President Nicolas Maduro claimed a 3rd time period in an election marred by violence and fraud allegations. The problem of voter participation is the large unknown as the primary opposition has urged residents to not legitimise what they see as one more sham vote.
