The top of a US-backed non-public humanitarian organisation that’s tasked with distributing support in Gaza using an Israeli-initiated plan resigned on Sunday, saying that the operation couldn’t fulfil its mission in a manner that adhered to “humanitarian rules”.
Govt director Jake Wooden introduced his resignation in an announcement from the Gaza Humanitarian Basis (GHF), including recent uncertainty to the operation’s future.
