A few years in the past, I turned a Phaal Curry Monster, that means I used to be courageous (and dumb) sufficient to simply accept a restaurant’s problem to eat a plate of rooster drenched in curry made from the spiciest peppers on Earth. Every swallow felt like shards of glass scraping my throat. After ending, I celebrated my achievement by throwing up in a bush throughout the road. The well being advantages of spicy meals couldn’t have been farther from my thoughts.
