The EU has mentioned “there are indications” that Israel is in breach of human rights obligations over its conduct in Gaza, however stopped wanting calling for rapid sanctions.
“There are indications that Israel could be in breach of its human rights obligations underneath article 2 of the EU-Israel affiliation settlement,” states a leaked doc from the EU’s international coverage service, seen by the Guardian.
