TEL AVIV, Israel (AP) — Twenty Palestinians had been killed at a meals distribution middle run by an Israeli-backed American group in the Gaza Strip on Wednesday, largely from being trampled, the group mentioned. They had been the primary deaths reported at one of many group’s websites, although tons of have been killed by Israeli forces on the roads resulting in them, in line with witnesses and well being officers.
