WIESBADEN, Germany — The U.S. Military and its NATO allies are embarking on the execution of a brand new “Japanese Flank Deterrence Line” plan that goals to boost ground-based capabilities and drive military-industrial interoperability throughout the alliance, the U.S. Military Europe and Africa commander mentioned Wednesday on the Affiliation of the U.S. Military’s inaugural LandEuro convention in Wiesbaden, Germany.
