It’s a stark quantity: 212,000. That’s what number of ladies ages 20 and over have left the workforce since January, based on the newest jobs numbers launched Aug. 1 by the Bureau of Labor Statistics. (Against this, 44,000 males have entered the workforce since January.) The numbers present a reversal of current traits that noticed extra ladies, particularly ladies with youngsters, discovering and conserving full-time jobs.
