The Trump administration has cited anti-Israel protests on numerous campuses to be able to rescind funding from faculties and universities.

In March, the administration slashed $400 million value of grants and contracts to Columbia College and cited "harassment" of Jewish college students from protesters. The college later agreed to some oversight and paid $200 million.

In April, the administration froze $2.2 billion in funding to Harvard over anti-Semitism claims. The college has denied the allegations and filed a lawsuit towards Trump.
