Brett Carlsen/AP NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Immigration officers stated they intend to deport Kilmar Abrego Garcia to Uganda, after he declined a suggestion to be deported to Costa Rica in trade for remaining in jail and pleading responsible to human smuggling fees, in accordance with a Saturday courtroom submitting.
