Denmark summoned the US cost d’affaires on Wednesday after stories of tried interference in Greenland, a Danish autonomous territory that US President Donald Trump desires to take over. Since returning to the White Home in January, Trump has repeatedly stated america wants the strategically positioned, resource-rich island for safety causes, and has refused to rule out using pressure to safe it.
