The bursting of a barrier lake in Taiwan has killed at the least 14 folks and left 124 folks lacking, officers have introduced, after Tremendous Hurricane Ragasa pounded the island with torrential rains and introduced widespread harm to elements of east Asia.
The outer rim of Tremendous Hurricane Ragasa has been bearing down on Taiwan since Monday as its path strikes down in the direction of the southern Chinese language coast.
