After heavy rain poured down on South-Central Arizona into the wee hours of Friday morning, state and native officers are witnessing the aftermath of the flooding that followed–including the lack of human life. Sadly, simply in the previous few hours, the demise toll has climbed from three to 4. And the toughest hit space seems to be in and round Globe in Glia County.
