CAIRO (AP) — After Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu threw his help behind the U.S. peace plan for Gaza, the query now could be whether or not Hamas will agree.
Hamas faces a bitter tradeoff — the proposal calls for that the militant group successfully give up in return for unsure positive aspects. But when it rejects the deal, the U.S. might give Israel a good freer hand to proceed its punishing marketing campaign within the already devastated territory.
