Russia has stated it’s going to assist China cross america in nuclear energy capability, which may shift the stability in international power. In response to Reuters, Rosatom chief Alexei Likhachev instructed Russian state tv that Russia is already supporting China’s nuclear buildout. China had 53.2 gigawatts of nuclear reactor capability as of April 2024, whereas the U.S. runs about 97 GW. That’s the hole Russia says it’s going to assist China shut.
