In a late-night communique on Thursday, the Cuban Authorities mentioned that it had extradited a Chinese language citizen, Zhi Dong Zhang, to the authorities in Mexico. Hours later, Mexico’s safety chief then confirmed his subsequent extradition to america on drug trafficking and cash laundering costs.
