NEW DELHI/SRINAGAR, India, Nov 12 (Reuters) – India’s authorities confirmed on Wednesday that it was treating a car blast that killed eight individuals and wounded not less than 20 others in Delhi as a “terror incident” and vowed to carry the perpetrators to justice as swiftly as attainable.
Earlier, three sources aware of the investigation stated police had been checking whether or not there was a hyperlink between the blast and the earlier arrest of a gaggle of seven males from the restive Kashmir area with arms and bomb-making materials.
