BEIJING, Nov 24 (Reuters) – China pitched stronger ties in its highest‑stage talks with Germany’s new authorities as Beijing’s prime European commerce accomplice seeks to easy tensions over rare-earth curbs which have choked German manufacturing traces and prompted requires de-risking.
