The hovering price of housing is akin to a “new pandemic” sweeping throughout Europe, the mayor of Barcelona has mentioned, as he and 16 different metropolis leaders urged the EU to answer the disaster by unleashing billions in funding for the hardest-hit areas.
The EU is predicted to current its first-ever housing plan on Tuesday, after consultations with consultants, stakeholders and the general public. For months, these on the frontlines of the disaster have warned the issue is simply too huge to disregard.
