Florida Freeze Warning Map Reveals Cities Dealing with Frigid Temperatures

NWS Meteorologist Richard Bann instructed Newsweek through cellphone on Wednesday that it is not an "yearly prevalence" that the state sees freeze warnings three days in a row. "It is not a standard occasion," Bann added.

NWS Melbourne mentioned on X Wednesday: "12/31/25 | A Frost Advisory goes into impact throughout most of east central Florida (excluding the coast east of I-95) from 1 AM to 9 AM on Thursday morning. Areas of frost will likely be attainable, and patchy frost can't be dominated out alongside the coast. Make sure you defend delicate vegetation!"

Orlando, Lakeland, Fort Myers, Belle Glade and different cities are below a frost advisory from 1 a.m. to eight a.m. as temperatures dip to proper above freezing, the NWS says.
