DUBAI, Jan 3 (Reuters) – Yemen’s southern separatists welcomed on Saturday a name for dialogue by Saudi Arabia to finish a current army escalation, a possible signal that an unusually public confrontation between the dominion and the United Arab Emirates could also be easing.
