Meta is shedding about 10 p.c of its Actuality Labs metaverse division, and the cuts apparently embrace closing down a few of its VR gaming studios. It “seems” Twisted Pixel Video games, the developer of Marvel’s Deadpool VR, Sanzaru Video games, the developer of the Asgard’s Wrath franchise, and Armature Studio, who labored on the Resident Evil 4 VR port, are all being shut down, in line with former Twisted Pixel degree designer Andy Gentile, who posted about being laid off.
