A courtroom in South Korea has sentenced the nation’s former president, Yoon Suk Yeol, to 5 years in jail after discovering him responsible on expenses stemming from his declaration of martial legislation in December 2024.
Yoon was discovered responsible on Friday of expenses that embody obstructing authorities from executing an arrest warrant associated to his martial legislation declaration, in addition to fabricating official paperwork and failing to adjust to the authorized course of required to impose martial legislation.
