PARIS, Jan 17 (Reuters) – France’s President Emmanuel Macron stated on Saturday that the specter of tariffs by U.S. President Donald Trump over Greenland was unacceptable and that in the event that they had been confirmed Europe would reply in a coordinated method.
“No intimidation nor risk will affect us, neither in Ukraine, nor in Greenland, nor anyplace else on the earth once we are confronted with such conditions,” Macron stated on X.
