Danish veterans on Wednesday criticised the US embassy in Copenhagen for eradicating nationwide flags put up in entrance of the mission to honour Danish troopers killed in Afghanistan. The embassy later backtracked, and a US State Division spokesperson instructed AFP that “till an outlet reached out, we have been unaware of why the flags have been positioned in planters exterior the Embassy”.
