Neither Israel nor Hamas excited by section 2 of ceasefire, researcher says

Talking with FRANCE 24’s Mark Owen, Hussein Ibish, Senior Resident Scholar on the Arab Gulf States Institute, says neither Israel nor Hamas are excited by transferring to section 2 of the ceasefire as a result of “Israel’s prime directive is annexation of the West Financial institution, and Hamas’ prime directive is to take over the Palestinian nationwide motion from Fatah and alter it from a nationalist secular motion into an Islamist one which they management”.
