BUENOS AIRES, Argentina (AP) — 1000’s of staff mobilized by highly effective commerce unions converged outdoors Argentina’s Congress, blocking visitors and clashing with police, as senators opened debate on a sweeping overhaul of the nation’s inflexible labor legal guidelines. Safety forces fired water cannons and rubber bullets to regulate the crowds as some protesters lobbed rocks and Molotov cocktails.
