NASA is pursuing an in depth evaluation of Artemis II check knowledge following a confidence check on February 12, 2026. In the course of the check, engineers partially stuffed the SLS (House Launch System) core stage liquid hydrogen tank to confirm newly changed seals within the propellant loading space of the tail service mast umbilical. This pre-flight security check was designed to make sure that the repairs efficiently addressed leaks recognized throughout the earlier moist gown rehearsal on February 3. Whereas a technical anomaly involving floor assist tools was encountered, engineers efficiently obtained important knowledge.
