Talking with FRANCE 24’s Monte Francis, Marc Loustau, Affiliated Fellow on the Institute for Superior Research at Central European College, says that Monday’s assembly between US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban ‘didn’t produce the type of motion that Orban want to have had earlier than the April elections’ as a result of US President Donald Trump ‘is just not superb at following up on his guarantees’.
