St Francis relics on public show for first time in Italy

Saint Francis of Assisi’s skeleton is occurring public show from Sunday for the primary time for the 800th anniversary of his dying, drawing tons of of 1000’s of holiday makers. Inside a nitrogen-filled plexiglass case with the Latin inscription “Corpus Sancti Francisci” (The Physique of St Francis), the stays are being proven within the Italian hill city’s Basilica of St Francis of Assisi.
