Arsenal ahead Olivia Smith was taken off on a stretcher in the course of the Gunners’ 3-0 victory over Bristol Metropolis within the Girls’s FA Cup.
Smith, 21, was concerned in a conflict of heads early within the second half, which led to prolonged pause in play and 14 minutes of second-half stoppage time.
