DAMASCUS, Syria — A now-closed camp that housed hundreds of individuals with suspected hyperlinks to the Islamic State group in northeast Syria has witnessed “mass escape” within the weeks since authorities forces took management of it, with no less than 133 breaches found, a Syrian official stated Wednesday.
