French AA gaming developer and accent producer Nacon has filed for insolvency after its majority shareholder Bigben did not make a mortgage compensation, the corporate stated in a press launch. “Thus far, the corporate reviews obtainable belongings don’t enable it to satisfy its liabilities,” Nacon wrote. The target with insolvency, it stated, was to permit “continued operation, shield workers and preserve jobs whereas renegotiating with its collectors.”
