A brawl broke out late final week after a police chief wearing road garments tried to arrest a highschool lady who allegedly was inflicting bother amid a protest in opposition to Immigration and Customs Enforcement — and now some residents within the southeastern Pennsylvania borough of Quakertown need the chief to resign.
