Just earlier than daybreak, in a scene that has repeated itself over 1000’s of years on the north coast of Peru, fishers drag boats product of certain reeds to the water’s edge and, kneeling on them, use paddles formed from break up bamboo to row out into the Pacific Ocean to catch their breakfast. A number of hours later, these surfer fishers return with netfuls of their catch, driving waves on the ultimate stretch again to the shore. From the primary seaside in Huanchaco – a seaside city close to the town of Trujillo – the fish are taken to promote on the market or to beachfront eating places getting ready meals for vacationers.
