A bundle of kid security payments is headed to the Home ground following an hours-long session that left Democrats and Republicans divided. On Thursday, lawmakers on the Home Committee on Vitality and Commerce voted to advance the Youngsters Web and Digital Security (KIDS) Act; Sammy’s Regulation; and the App Retailer Accountability Act, which might require app shops to introduce age-gating.
