By the time Daisy Mulholland arrived, the locks had already been modified. The Glaswegian artist, had been organising the launch occasion for her new artwork store on the Centre for Modern Arts (CCA) when she bought an e-mail telling her the Sauchiehall Avenue venue – and cornerstone of town’s artwork scene because it was based because the Third Eye Centre in 1974 – was closing with rapid impact.
