With the Iran battle being high of thoughts, Secretary of State Marco Rubio gave a speech Monday on the State Division by which he zeroed in on what he known as “hostage diplomacy,” declaring the Iranian regime “the world’s main hostage-taker, the world’s main sponsor of terrorism.”
