The New York Submit is reporting that the gunman who shot and injured two at Outdated Dominion College Thursday is a former Nationwide Guardsman convicted of supporting ISIS.
The alleged Outdated Dominion attacker, 36-year-old Mohamed Bailor Jalloh, was arrested on July 3, 2016, “for making an attempt to offer materials assist to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant.” In 2017, he was convicted and sentenced to 11 years in jail.
