The Democrats have been insisting for some time now that their rationale for the holdup on passing the SAVE America Act is that they need to assist free and truthful – and safe – elections, however they don’t need to disenfranchise American voters on the polls. Effectively, Republicans within the U.S. Senate gave them each alternative to show it with a yea vote on a clear, standalone model of the laws on Thursday.
