Jonathan Malesic is aware of burnout firsthand. He was working his dream job, instructing at a small Catholic faculty in Pennsylvania. He was publishing papers, working towards tenure — doing all of the issues on the professor guidelines. He was comfortable; till in the future, he wasn’t.
