Pillen reposted the criticism Monday and condemned the coaching.

"This nonsense is totally irrelevant and harmful to the College of Nebraska’s educating mission, and out of contact with the values of the state it serves," Pillen wrote on X. "College leaders should instantly root out this and all different comparable programming throughout all the system."

He warned that failure to behave may result in investigations or funding cuts.
