PHNOM PENH, Cambodia (AP) — Cambodia and China have signed a $1.2 billion deal to finance an bold canal undertaking that goals to spice up commerce effectivity by linking a department of the Mekong River close to Phnom Penh to a port on the Gulf of Thailand, the Cambodian authorities company heading the undertaking introduced Friday.
