New Delhi on Wednesday closed key land border crossings and suspended a key water-sharing treaty with Pakistan, accusing Islamabad of “cross-border terrorism” after gunmen opened hearth on vacationers within the disputed Kashmir area on Tuesday, killing 26 individuals.
