A automotive bomb killed a senior Russian basic in southern Moscow on Monday morning as officers reported “sluggish progress” in talks with america on how one can finish the battle in Ukraine. Lieutenant Normal Fanil Sarvarov, 56, head of the Russian Normal Employees’s coaching division, was killed when the bomb, which had been positioned underneath his parked automotive and detonated in a residential quarter of southern Moscow.
