Legal professional Normal Pam Bondi has suspended the senior Division of Justice lawyer representing the administration in a high-visibility deportation case. Enez Reuveni, the appearing deputy director of Justice’s immigration litigation division, was suspended from responsibility and had his e mail terminated in a letter from Deputy Legal professional Normal Todd Blanche accusing him of failing to “comply with a directive out of your superiors.” Reuveni is a 15-year veteran of the Division of Justice and was solely promoted to appearing deputy director of the immigration litigation division two weeks in the past.
