On Tuesday’s broadcast of CNN’s “The Supply,” Sen. Tina Smith (D-MN) responded to a query over whether or not she would assist shutting down the federal government over ICE funding by stating that “I can’t see any manner that I might present extra funding to an company that’s fully uncontrolled.” However she desires to see bipartisan requirements for the company.
Host Kaitlan Collins requested, “Would you be prepared to close the federal government down with regards to ICE funding, like a few of your Democratic colleagues have urged?”
