The weirdest factor occurred to me not too long ago. I contacted a customer support division and loved it. I despatched an e-mail, heard again promptly, and received a refund. What was most notable concerning the constructive problem-solving expertise was the truth that I couldn’t inform if there was a human apart from me concerned.
